Ok so I just want to clarify:

Since you took out pretty much all specialty passes in level 5 you now have a bunch of large gyms that will be able to make even more multiple level5 teams for small and medium and so forth since I'm sure they have a lot more kids that have the skills they need now.

You are killing small gyms by putting a bottom age on seniors. So when my cp is 8 and has level 4 tumbling skills am I going to leave her at a small gym when the biggest they only have is a sr4 and jr2. She obviously can't be a Sr and I don't want to hold her back so I'm going to move to a large gym that has a youth or jr 4?
Ok I got it...

But it's ok when she turns 12 she can be on youth 5, jr 5, and sr 5 but wait no I don't want her to be on SRs because now I have to buy 2 uniforms...

We are leaving the house at 4 am to get to the competition that starts at 7 so we can support our tiny and mini's but my daughter doesn't compete till 6pm so she must be competition ready when she gets there?
Yea and the hair will look a mess from having to put the t-shirt off then on since she must be covered.

Must I add my son is so totally gay and over the top and he must contain his self because he is to fierce?

Yes this makes perfect sense .. Loving the new rules!!!
this. made. my. day.

Love this. It's too fierce<3

We already had try outs. My 9 year old made a senior 3 team. Since we are not a BIG gym that will mean she moves down to a youth 2. She will be heart broken.

If she's nine she has plenty of time to grow into level 3... Let her keep her youth and not expose her to crazy 18 year olds. Or just fake her age... No one will catch you anyway. Thanks USASF for making rules and not enforcing.

BTW I'm totally joking, rule breakers go to cheer hell!!!!

I think I love you. That was amazing.

I am all for USA gymnastics taking over All Star and instituting the same certifications and rules their coaches have to go through.
Exactly!!
Having USAG take All-Star cheerleading under their wing would eliminate two of our biggest problems..

1. The BS that USASF is putting us through
2. The certifications required through USAG and their use of progressions would significantly reduce the number of injuries.

It's my understanding that either STUNT or College A&T is under USAG so I would love to see what they can do with All-Star.

Ranting: as for the exaggerated movement...this breaks my heart for those fabulous boys!! If they feel comfortable being them, let em! No different then the girls doing it...besides I love when they steal the show ( sorry to my daughter but you don't have that sass)! Kids straight or gay have enough issues, if they are in a group where they feel free and away from social ridicule ( even if just for a few min) let them be them!!

I cannot even begin to explain how much I love your posts.

I am hoping the elite gym owners will have a private call and together work out a solution. They have more power than they think, and can certainly break up the USASF or come up with their own organization to govern the sport. Also, I think the ACLU should be brought in as the rules clearly state that males should not make theatrical gestures. This is obviously gender discrimination, and likely could be viewed as anti-gay. What are they thinking?

And a standard score sheet!! USAG scoring is what it is and that's why it works!
