Allatoona aka Stingrays in high school form lol.
Is there mascot seriously "bugs"?
I'd be so embarrassed!
On the other hand I love that Whitney song, so I was excited to hear it!

Just saying. People who can't do doubles and really can't teach them really shouldn't criticize. Not pointing out anyone. Just venting.
Actually yes. So maybe it isn't.Did the person that taught you how to double throw a double while teaching you? Your reasoning is irrelevant.

I'm going to play devils advocate here, I feel less comfortable teaching skills I cannot do myself. It's is because when I coach my kids I don't tell them what to do, rather question them on how to do things and the physics behind it all so that they can self correct and perform the skill over, better. So Before you ask, YES I can double, and yes I can also switch kick double basket, yes I can out fly most my flier.... BUT ON TRAMP, way to old to get up on people.Well I, along with hundreds of other coaches can teach doubles but are unable to do them for whatever reason. Does that make us less credible of coaches?
Im sure Debbie Love doesnt have to show you her double to be able to teach you a correct double. Your point is invalid move on...
And if you going to name drop, I'm pretty sure victor Rosario can double and had a program full of them! Two sides to every story
They were good, I thought there were more "oranges" in there. Guess they are spread throughout Atlanta though. (Especially now that orange is medium. )
One of my all time peeves and I love gum. You would never see one of my Bows and Arrows athletes with gum at practice or performance. And those guys could be sneaky!
I would assume it's just not stressed. I know it was stressed a lot where I cheered and now my elbows automatically go together when I clap. When I try not putting them together, it's actually kind of difficult for me.This is not Senior Elite specific, but that video made me actually think about it right now.. Are elbows together on the clap in jumps not stressed that much in gyms or is it actually taught to have them apart? I know sometimes girls can't put them together due to anatomical restrictions, but I think it looks so sloppy with elbows not together and I didn't know if people were taught to do it like that or it's just not stressed to NOT do that.
