we have this awesome mom that beat the heck out of it for us!!! i had to do it a couple times last year and it didnt go so well!! haha i give major props to our team mom that does it! and she carries it to and from and cleans it and all!!!

see thats where we are different.... we are not worried about what this gym has. we are confident in our coaches that they put the best routine together.

i hope every team from every gym hits their routine on nov 13th! only 2 1/2 more weeks!

it's not a big deal if you guys get recorded. comp is in 2 weeks anyways. everyone is going to see your routine. CEA for example... nbd.

cea for example.... invited cheer live to broadcast them.... WE did not invite our rival gym to come in and record us. big difference. and your right we compete soon but that wasnt the point. if texas would have been in this gyms showoff and did this it would be a huge deal. of course those who go to this gym dont think theres anything wrong with it but had a huge issue when they thought it was going to be done to them in return.... but texas has more class

This happens to us all the time and we're only a 3rd year program. When we first started the gym most of us came from did a lot of that. They came with video cameras and scouted - for reasons we didn't get because they ensure in their schedule that they never compete against us. We did see our stuff start to show up in their routines...sortof...they tried it anyway.

Then it became people watching to see what we were doing. We've got some awesome owner/coach/choreographers that we avidly agree they just make ____ up around the dinner table when they're choreographing. And while flattery may be a complement....it's also annoying. Last year, a gym (no lie) after our schedules went in different directions actually competed 2 of OUR routines for the rest of the year. At our opening competition this year I saw our last year routines show up in a nearby gyms routine in 4 different places.

Now, I get that there's only so much choreography in the world, but parts of their stuff was EXACTLY the same...like an entire pyramid sequence. That's a little over the top.

All I can say is this...just keep being creative and just because somebody jacks your stuff.....doesn't mean they can hit it

I think the big problem is that the whole gym is getting the blame... WE have class so I dont think that its fair at all to say that WE dont. Just my opinion

Haha, these is what a team did to us. A few teams actually. I think it's pretty annoying and "a whole new low"...
