How long of a break do you take from tumbling after you sprain your ankle? I keep waiting a while and then going back when I think I'm ready and then it just re-injures.
@ilikebigbows hmm, maybe i wont get them then. I just wanted them cause they say it has really good ankle support and I keep getting ankle sprains tumbling.
Any advice on how to not be scared in the air? I'm trying out for my college team and i learned how to fly coed last night. (I've never cheered before, just dance, tumbling, & gymnastics.) i can do it okay but it is terrifying and i just wanna look at the ground!
I'm not sure if I should try out for my college team. It's just a community college, so it's not a big deal, but I've never done cheer before. I danced and tumbled on an elite team when I was younger, then I went to another dance studio and tumbled in the advanced class. After that I did...
I've never flown at all. I've done tumbling and gymnastics but never cheer. I don't think it will be too hard, I just think it will be scary being thrown in the air for the first few times. Hopefully I can land a spot on the team with my tumbling :)
Is coed stunting hard? I'm trying out for my college team and I'm a really good tumbler but I've never done stunting. The first time I'll ever do it will be at the clinics and I'm kinda scared haha
I've been stuck on a half forever. I get half with no problem every time, and sometimes i even get 3/4 but i cannot figure out how to get the full twist in! Am i not spinning fast enough? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
