To sum it up, more injuries in stunting than tumbling. Also, more injuries to the upper extremity than the lower extremity.
I'm going to start taking coed stunt lessons at my gym, and I've flown before (like 3 years ago). But do any of you have some tips? I know coed is way different than group stunting! :_
I didn't know whether to put this in skills or college cheer.
I need some help coed stunting. Whenever I do any twisting skill, I always over twist! Full-ups become 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 ups. I try and spot the wall but I can't stop spinning! Help!

After watching Sparks’ routine, it made me think. It is my impression that COED teams get rewarded for having unassisted stunts.
“COED Divisions have been adjusted to reward the difficulty of stunts performed without assistance”
This made me wonder if the girls are doing the unassisted...
Okay at jamfest it was said that teams only got credit for boy girl coed stunts... Can anybody tell me if it will be the same for worlds?
Say you are a small coed team and put up 5 coed stunts but one obviously Is a girl underneath the stunt will you still get credit for that 5th partner...
At the Jam U Conference - at a Scoresheet Seminar - it was brought up whether or not it would be considered Coed Stunting if a Girl was basing it (to max out you need MAJORITY boys doing unassisted one legged, 4 body positions) - so a Girl would NOT count towards Coed scores. Whats your thoughts...
Im a secondary base on my high school team and we just started practicing. The wrist that supports the fliers heel in 2 foot stunts is really really bothering me.
