I think if a 3yo can get her bhs, there is no reason why this old (we'll say 40+), fat, out of shape, lazy cheer mom can't be coached and trained to make a L6 and go to Worlds!! April, right??

I have seen 40+ year old flyers before so anything is possible if you try. Just let us know what team you make so we can cheer you on at Worlds next season.

My little sister (turned two last week) went to a birthday party at a gymnastics facility today and my mom got a picture I just had to share on this thread

My CP is a base, a rather strong and good one at that. I really don't think that even 5 of her could get my fat a$$ off my chair.......much less in the air!!

Dissapointment. I thought we get to hear a great story about the big progression moving up from 3 year old BHS to 4 year old Standing Full.
