All-Star Piked Skills In Level 4

[Lower Level Queen]

Are cartwheel pikes and standing pikes legal?
I found the rules document for last season, but it seemed to be in a gray area to me. I don't have this years rules anywhere, so I can't check myself.
I really wish that the rules were clear and visible to everyone so I didn't have to bother people, but that's just the way it is sadly.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas?

Standing tumbling skills in level 4 have to be performed in a tuck position, so a standing pike would not be legal.

Running tumbling skills in level 4 can land in a layout position.
