Oh wow... so we may never see the team name "Smoke" again, that's really sad. Hopefully he still intends to coach.

Yes Blake from Marietta. I have no idea about what Brett will do, I only know what I get in official gym emails.

Interesting no S1. I wonder what happened to all the girls that were on Rose without level 2 skills and are too old for Mango. I saw some things on Twitter but obviously taking it with a grain of salt. It breaks my heart if girls are told there's no team for them.

I don't know how Rays handles it but there are gyms who just put NEW TO CHEER/NO BHS kids straight on Level 2 teams.


Some have even put Senior Level 1 kids straight onto Senior 4.2.

Yes. Johns Creek has not announced teams yet. Cartersville I have no idea. JC had 7 full year teams last season so nowhere near how many Marietta has!

I counted 26. Wow. Does any one location of any other gym have more?

It was around 34 or 35 last season, not sure on the exact number this season but I believe it is around that.

CA Plano currently has 32 regular all star teams. We will likely add a few more later in the season (special needs, 1-2 L6 teams, etc.). CA Charlotte has 19.

I have a friend who cheers at a gym and she told me that they once had like 22 athletes with 11 back hand springs and made that a sr2 team...

wow that's crazy! I can't think of another gym with that many at one location. Do ray's use a lot of crossovers?
