5 is to many, none is more like it.

I think everyone would be ok with 2 but I feel like 5 is barely doing any damage.

I think 5 is a little too many, but I like that they're trying to limit the amount of crossovers.

At least they're doing something! I wish they'd make it 0 for level 1-4 and then maybe 5 for J5/R5? I feel like they shouldn't be able to go down but if they have crossovers between J5 and Worlds teams it's not really the same. Leaves room for pre-worlds emergencies without allowing sandbagging.

I like the idea. It's a move in the right direction.

There should be zero. Who thinks it is resonable that crossover kids to miss that much school near the end of the year? Teams that have to travel across the country, the time off would be significant.

I could probably live with 5 worlds athlete crossovers if they only allowed 3 (small team) or 5 (large team) roster changes from the initially rostered bid winning team.

It's a bigger issue that you can replace the entire team from bid to competition with higher level sandbaggers whether those kids competed at worlds or not.

5 crossovers on a small team is at least 25% of the team. That makes a significant impact, IMO.
I'm thinking that zero is a nice round number.

i'm guessing the athlete registration system would have to be fully functional, up, and running for this to work? or is it supposed to be on coaches honor?

because varsity shouldn't have the rosters from a USASF comp since they're completely separate, right?
