What are level 2 tumbling skills other than backwalkovers and back handsprings that I could work on with my intermediate class? They are bored with working on the same two things but I don't want them to work on things that are too easy, like handstand rolls and stuff.

The stunt at 00:25s, with the bases starting backwards and rotating to the usual load position, would this be legal for Level 2, as long as the backspot keeps contact with the flyer?

My senior 2 is doing a Half in from the ground (backs to judges). They start by bracing the middle flyer and doing a half up to extended heel. Is that legal? I know you couldn't do it free standing but they are braced. ?? Thanks!!

Anyone have any good exercises/drills or tips to help s younget group of flyers to stay tight and control. All very flexbile but have trouble keeping hips in or locking and standing up. They were om youth 2 last year and moved to jr 3 so totally diff world for them
