With the reality of team placements kicking in at cheer camps, a reminder that it's not the number following the level of the team, but the number of hearts within it.

Ive been seeing teams do a two foot extension with no back spot and both bases have a normal extension grip, is this legal? if not how could i make it legal? thanks in advance! :-)
I wanted to know if this dismount section from a stunt was legal in level two
The flyer is in an arabesque at normal level two height and the back spot is holding both ankles, the one supported by the bases and the ankle up in the arabesque. The bases sink and toss while the back pulls both...
Sorry for the dumbest question on earth but... Why is a round off triple back hand spring (and so on) legal if you can't do a standing double back hand spring in level 2?
Quick question. Pyramid with 3 stunt groups. Is an extended inside hitch legal? Center flyer is at prep. two outside flyers are at extended hitch with the hitched foot in the center flyer's hand. Connection was initiated at prep and then the 2 outside flyers bump to extension? no other...
I have a very small Jr. 2/Jr. 2 Prep this year as in 5-6 athletes. Does anybody have any pyramid ideas if we only have girls? With 6 we can have a full stunt group + a shoulder sit however if the 6th girl doesn't work out I'm drawing blanks for pyramid ideas as an athlete on the floor wont reach...
It was a front walkover and the bases caught my legs in a basket grip. They then toss me and the backspot twists me around and i land in a basket toss position to ve tossed.
I've looked for a thread about this but didn't see anything, so sorry if this topic has already been discussed somewhere else!
So according to the rules, front handsprings are legal in level 2 running tumbling. Why do you never see them? I understand it takes more out of an athlete and is hard...
hi
I'm a level one cheerleader ( I've just started recently) but if I had my back handspring I'd be moving up to level 2!
I have all the motions of a back handspring but I just can't seem to jump back without a spotter! My coach says I'm definitely able to do it own my own but I'm so scared does...
I don't know how to call that in English but....

Is it legal for level 2? I know we can do it without turning but I am not sure with the 1/4 turn...
Could someone explain the rules about level 2 tic ticks to me. We were deducted for one where the back spot let go with one hand, and it seems to me that it should have been legal. Does the back spot have to hold both ankles the entire time? I don't see how you could do a stretch to stretch tick...
Is this basket legal for level 2? (I know a straight ride is legal but I'm curious about the technique before executing the basket)... I'm in a bit of a debate with my cp because I've always thought that flyers hands should be braced on her bases shoulders before a toss and not held up where she...
I'm sorry I don't have a video, but my level two does this stunt and I'm not sure if it's legal
Extension to prone (back stays connected) and then they touch flyers feet on the floor, then they touch hands on the floor (so they are now in a push up position) then they pick the feet up so...
This one makes me nervous. We did it at our first competition and the safety judge didn't say anything...
So, as you can see, this is kind of a sponge toss but one base keeps the foot the whole time. It doesn't stop into anything looking like a lib.
Is it really legal?
I am pretty sure it is legal (since the flyer is kept at prep level) but...
