Let's not forget that with one main performance hall....all of the spectators for all of the teams will be in one place as well. I fear it will be wall-to-wall people all day.

Wall to wall people with wall to wall germs, if we don't catch the flu this weekend with everyone packed in there, I think we're good.....I'm bringing my hand sanitizer, lysol, Airborne, and popping vitamin C, just in case!!!!

It's crazy the cheersport has over 800 teams and can make it work with crossovers and all but a competition like this can't. I understand cheersport has a ton of halls but still. It doesn't matter where they put this competition, it always seems to be a problem.

I honestly don't remember this comp being that bad last year... On the other hand I was sick and day 2 is kinds foggy for me, but what was so bad about Connecticut...

On the other hand (especially for Southern teams planning to drive on Monday), this was a terrible weekend to host a northern event. The inauguration is on Monday, anyone who waits to go home will no doubt get caught in DC

I will have to get up, probably, at 3:30 to get ready by 4:30. CP still needs help with hair and makeup, especially at that hour. She'll need to get up at 4;30am to be ready to walk out of the hotel door to a taxicab at 5:30am.

Just typing it makes me tired!

Which hotel? The not great part is the Sheraton/Convention Ctr is on the opposite side of the city from the casinos, so you either have to pay parking or cab.
