One thing I've learned by being in the gym- people will do JUST ABOUT anything to get their kid noticed. They will spend $$ they don't have, they will sell their homes (ok, just one family) and work ridiculous amounts of OT to make sure Suzy gets on this team, that team, and make sure EVERYONE...
It's only the k-ville and Charlotte gyms that do the reveal all formal. I can only attest to the gym CP is at- kids were given a number, and teams were announced via a group message.

All the level 5 teams have unique uniforms. CLT, k-ville, Salem, LKN all have the same L1-L5r uniforms. Raleigh's is white with the same design as the other lower level squads. I like the uniforms unique to the location. Would be a great implementation.

However, to say that it's "just cheerleading" is not true. If these kids were just cheerleaders, they wouldn't be competing at WDW at worlds...
I promise, there are plenty of people dissatisfied with their Charlotte-area gyms. There is plenty of money, plenty of world athletes, plenty of parents who would like to start small and be CA- trained from the get go. It seems to me that @BlueCat did his homework, pays attention to the posts...
Also, @BlueCat, a trip to what-a-burger, cherry sun drop, and a witch doctor are required. (Witch doctor = fountain drink suicide with a pickle in it.)
