Can anyone tell me if the senior level 4 coed teams are split up this year , do they compete against each other or do they still have their own division. Ive heard so many different things. Thanks in advance :)
At level 4, with regards to this rule:
Non-inverted pyramid release moves must be caught by at least 2 catchers.
In pyramids where the top person travels over their bracer (example: leap frogs, wolf wall transitions), both catchers must be stationary.
Both catchers must maintain visual contact...
So, I have a question, and I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I just need clarification.
If the flyer is in a handstand on the ground, can that be pressed up to extended level? 1 leg or 2 legs?
I just want to make sure we don't get screwed if we put it in.

I have 2 different questions on level 4 releases:
1) half turn switch up to extended - yes or no
2) can a double braced back tuck end in an extended stunt (ie, basket grip from below prep, caught in an extension)
I couldn't find any threads about this so I decided to make one! I love ACX Divas (Small Senior 4)! They are just so clean, talented and FIERCE!
In my opinion, the best part of the routine is 1:31-1:42
Is the following stunt sequence legal at level 4:
Full up to extension, double down, reload, half up to right leg stretch, switch down to left leg lib at prep, switch up to right leg stretch, arabesque, single twist down?
Thanks!
I searched the boards and didn't see a post about this, sorry if there is but I missed it. Anyways, what is 4.2? I've cheered for awhile but this year is the first time I've ever really heard of it.
K so I know you can pop cradle to your stomach from an extended position in level 4, but can the flyer do a ball before they catch her in a prone position???
We just had choreo and were given a 1 1/2 up to prep for our Senior 4 - legal??? I see the single twist to extended level but nothing about 1 + to prep.
Thanks!!!!!
Howdy,
Just found this forum and wanted to let yaull know that we have an adult level 4 team. We are currently in Spring, Texas between Woodlands Elite and Texas Lonestar which both have adult level 5/6 teams.
So far we have only found Cheersport offering the IO4 division so we have their...
I have always wondered what was a gyms deciding factor between placing a strong lv. 4 athlete or SR5? Is it if they have jumps to back? If they can stunt strong on that level? This is also for a situation if a girl is in between levels. If she can do a running full but her standing tumbling is...
It's Stingrays Stretch to Stretch Stunt!!!
Since They Bring The First Stretch To About Waist Level and The Switch Happens Below The Extended Level Would This Be Legal At Level 4?
Are bounceback passes allowed on level 4? For example, two step punch front step out roundoff back handspring layout, punch front step out round off back handspring layout.
This isn't for me, it's for another girl... There's no way I could manage that :)
With the added division of International level 4 this coming season are any gyms taking part in it? Both for coed or all-girl... Lets hear who is!
Rumors Ive heard so far are:
-Cheer Extreme
-CheerForce
-California Allstars
-Top Gun
-Spirit of Texas
I posted this question earlier, this now a more complete view of what were trying to achieve
From my understand if I can make it legal in one area ie dismount, I'm good to go.
This is clearly illegal as a level 4 transition.
BUT, can that flat back be considered a prep level stunt? Therefore...
Release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground-level and may not involve any twisting or flipping.
What exactly is flipping? I get that you can't do a rewind but can you go from a handstand up to a stunt? Can you go from horizontal into a stunt? i.e. tossing someone...
