level 4

Can anyone tell me if the senior level 4 coed teams are split up this year , do they compete against each other or do they still have their own division. Ive heard so many different things. Thanks in advance :)

I have 2 different questions on level 4 releases: 1) half turn switch up to extended - yes or no 2) can a double braced back tuck end in an extended stunt (ie, basket grip from below prep, caught in an extension)
