I'm a pop warner coach and to max difficulty in level 4 you need a pyramid that passes through 2.5 high. Could anyone find me any examples of these? I've seen people do arabesque kick arounds but I cannot find any videos of them. PLEASE HELP :)

So, I have a couple questions regarding the legal bits & bobs of baskets.
I know the highest skill you can throw for Lv.4 is a double or kick single. But is there anything else that would look crazy impressive and still partially max out the score sheet? Also, I was wondering if a tuck arch...
I noticed at NCA many level 4 teams raw score was either around 78.0 or 80.0. What specific skills or elements tends to differentiate the teams starting at 78 v. 80 ?

Is a ball up to extension legal when performed like at the end of this routine?

Is the following legal at level 4? I know the rules well but because we have and athlete on the floor they are theoretically the base of the round off and it is 2 inversions rather than a tumbling entry?
Hope you can help!
Has anyone seen this division so far this season? or have one in your program? Just curious to know how many are out there. Seems like a smart idea being that a lot of level 6 teams probably should be in a level 4 division for safety (and to maximize the score sheet), I just haven't seen any yet.
For some reason I can't upload the video I have but need a quick response if anyone is reading this.
They do an express up to scorp with a quarter turn. If anyone can answer and pm's me I can text the video.
Thanks!
Nova Scotia recently adapted the USASF rules for high school cheerleading and i'm looking for some clarification. In running tumbling, can a Level 4 athlete continue to tumble after preforming whip skills?
