Why can't you do a front handspring front tuck in level 4? In gymnastics you can do them in level 7 which is equivelent to level 4 in cheer.

So i know you can do backflips and front flips with two bracers, but can you add in a half twist kind of like an arabian? so the flier would start with her arms crossed, spin on the way up then front flip. If anyone knows i'd appreciate some insight!
