Can you please tell me which of these (hopefully both!) is legal at level 4? It's a half or full twist from one leg to a prone cradle.

Can you do a ball up to stretch if you start with a foot on the ground, load in with two feet and then dip for the ball up to a stretch?

Is it legal for flyers to do a full twist while flipping and connected by one arm to the back spot?
Starts in sponge, bases dip and throw-- completely relasing, flyer does a full twisting front layout while holding the hand of the back spot the entire time and is caught in a cradle.

Wondering if someone can tell me if this is legal in Level 4? There's no reference at all to pendulum style transitional stunts in the rules anymore (except Level 5) so I was a bit unsure.
If the above is legal, would it still be legal if the flyer did a full-twist in the air before...
Looking for some basic- intermediate release moves for pyramids in level 3 or 4 :)

Maybe I misread them, but the level 4 stunting rules say that "release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground-level and may not involve any twisting or flipping" but they don't say anything about whether it was legal to two legs or one leg.

we were warned today about doubling down from a "platform." I looked in the glossary and couldn't find a definition for it. The judge explained it as feet touch = platform, I thought it was bases holding one foot but the feet are together. What is the actual interpretation of the rule...
