In previous years, the Jamfest Worlds bids were not necessarily based on scores, but on the judges' and EP's decision on who would get the bid. I've been trying to get on the website to see their bid declarations this year but I can't get on there.

I have a problem with awarding bids to high score when there are different judging panels...one group always scores higher...I think all vids should be reviewed and paid bids awarded by the best overall performance.
