I was going to repurchase the original naked palette, but now I think I'll buy the smoky one instead. I just bought the Electric palette from Urban Decay, and I like it so far. I don't think it's something I would've bought without my employee discount, considering I just bought it for a music...
I emailed them twice and no one ever responded... Which sucks because I live like 5 minutes away and it would've been really convenient. But yeah I'm in the same position as you; I've never done all star and all I have is a spring. I've tumbled there a lot and I like the coaches but if no one...
So my old high school picked Bring It On as their spring musical and I just saw it and it was so good! My old coach was the assistant director and a lot of the cheerleaders were in it and I'm so shocked at what they got non-cheerleaders to do.
Also with the whole death penalty thing, I'm...
My local news station did a short piece on the Michigan State cheerleaders. It didn't go very in depth other than "hey, these girls and guys are from around here" but it was pretty cool anyway, especially since they interviewed a couple guys. If I find a link to the video I'll post it.
I worked in a hotel during my senior year and it always made me laugh when we had tennis / hockey / gymnastics parents staying for tournaments and they would start freaking out because the movies prices for the theater across the street would be 5 dollars. They were always so amazed.
I just started The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and it's actually pretty funny. Very 30 Rock, which makes sense since it was created by Tina Fey. Plus Ellie Kemper never fails to brighten my day.
I never swung for handsprings either! My tumbling coach was super picky about arm swings. My last year he talked about possibly taking out swings for tucks but our round 2 was shaky enough as it is...
I have a recurring dream that smoed asks me to fill in for one of their members at competitions... I don't know the routine or have the ability to execute any of the skills so I just run around all over the mat (or lack of mat since this competition is on a baseball diamond) but for whatever...
So the sorority I want to join is having recruitment this week but they haven't posted a schedule for the week anywhere... Is there like an acceptable way to ask for one? I'm so lost on this process...
To be fair he is famous from his show "Epic Meal Time" which is just him making obscenely unhealthy food but I do agree that it's strange to include that in an ad that is supposed to encourage a "healthy" lifestyle.
Almost positive I've competed against this school. If it's the school I'm thinking of they get a new round 2 uniform every year and the routine always has a "cause". Two years ago they were pink for breast cancer and last year they were teal for bullying. Always full mystique, of course.
