Sucks to think that this will more than likely rule out any international spectators attending. My dreams of watching worlds live is over. wah

Fri to Sun is $40 per person per day. ($25 per day last year)
Monday is $30 per session with 3 sessions going on. (Worlds was over on Sunday last year)

There's no Friday this year, it's sat-mon instead fri-sun.

Among the conversations I had with a few people yesterday I THINK the "high 5's and hugs" was meant to say "No high 5's and hugs between athletes and fans" I could be wrong but this is my interpretation per conversations. Price hike is a bit extreme. I agree with the "session" seating and it's not hard to empty an arena. But I think price per session should be different but I agree with session because it would be easier to allow parents and fans to see the teams they specifically traveled to see but I do see the issue in those that want to see everyone.

Friday is ICU.

You're right sorry, I meant for all-star. It's also Thursday night - have they charged in the past for the partner stunt?

I'd like to see ICU for once but if my park hopper only gets me in 3 days I'm kind of in trouble.

that says with a package, it includes three day admission, which is what I'm confused about--so it gives us admission to WWoS but then we need an additional ticket for each session in the Milkhouse, even though our hopper gave us admission to WWoS already?

and what about competitors both making/not making finals (back to Ashay 's question earlier.) if they make finals, are they only able to be in their own session? are they able to be at all three? do they have to pay if they want to get back into their own session after they compete? If they don't make finals, do they pay to get in as well?

My understanding is the milk house will be used Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In addition there will be 3 different sessions on Monday.

You get 3 admissions into WWS with the package. If you want to attend all 6 sessions you will need to get an additional 3 tickets. I hope the coach’s pass has all 6 sessions on them

If you make it to finals as a competitors, you will have your admission. In past years they moved the teams out the back door and held them outside. I would not be surprised if they use the Jostens Center for awards on Monday to start the milk house clearing from session to session.

Better idea than sending them to the Baseball field.

I will say, it seems like at least everyone gets to have finals in the Milkhouse, and that's one issue everyone can be happy about.

If you're looking for ways to run on time , repeatedly emptying the venue doesn't seem like the way to go.

It does if they have awards in another arena.

You compete, go back stage, hug your coach, high five your teammates, celebrate your performance, watch the video, get your water and get escorted out the back door where you will go to the Jostens Center for awards. Mom, Dad and all of your friends and family will follow you for awards. I am sure there will be a live feed in the Center where everyone can watch the other teams in that session. Awards start and most every one that was in the Milk House for session 1 is now in the JC. Through in an hour judges break and there is plenty of time to empty the center and get the next session started.

This entire process was discussed at great length on this board last year as a solution to the overcrowding..

I can maybe see clearing out the milkhouse - but your admission is checked at the gates. Clearing everyone out of the gates seems crazy.

And is it 3 admissions or 3 days of admission? Because in the past I've been able to leave WWOS and return later without it counting against me.

I'm pretty positive they don't charge for thursday. There were no one at the "door" last year at least. Soon there will be no partner stunt at ICU and then maybe they will move the ICU teams to thursday and allstar fri-sun again.

Last year they were also checking at the Milk House doors. This is Disney, they can set up scanners for tickets, ropes and staff the door in seconds if need be. I cannot see them clearing out the Mall between the sessions

I agree. Disney has used vinyl wristbands to designate admission for special events. My guess is it could be as simple as having three different color wristbands and they will have staff looking for offenders that don't clear out when your paid session is over.

Why do I keep reading that we are making too big of deal of all this:

The packet states: These actions may include, but are not limited to:

An athlete calling unnecessary attention to
her/himself (i.e. high 5’s, chest bumps, etc.)

Displays of public affection (hugs, right?)

Their words not mine.

I wonder how full the Milkhouse will be on Monday for the various sessions? It makes me sad to think that it may not be full because spectators will be tapped out and don't have a kid in that division. And that teammates won't be able to support teammates. Or do athletes that compete automatically have admission to all events? For that matter, do the coaches?
